Pentru orice problema tehnica sau comerciala intampinati si nu gasiti o rezolvare in Centrul de suport clienti, va rugam sa trimiteti un ticket de support din Contul dvs. client.

Pasul 1. Logati-va in Contul client.
Pasul 2. Din menu selectati “Tickete”
Pasul 3. Selectati “Adaugare ticket” si alegeti departamentul potrivit problemei dvs.
Pasul 4. Completati formularul. Va recomandam sa detaliati cat mai bine problema dvs. Puteti chiar sa adaugati un Printscreen ca si “Atasament” cu erorile aparute.
